Sasuke's personality gives off a very "cool and calm" vibe while still being alert. Not the typical 12-year-old at all. He's wise far beyond his years. For one, he's very aware of his surroundings. He's usually the first to notice if something's wrong. Not only that, but he's very bright, seeing as he graduated at the top of his class and school (the first out of 30 in class, and first out of 90 in the school). He's good in all of taijutsu, genjutsu, senjutsu (strategy), teamwork, and individuality.

Sasuke's very stoic, especially towards girls. He's very indifferent to other's feelings towards him. Basically, he doesn't really care. Come to think of it, he acts like as if he has no heart at all. Sure, he has teamwork, but he's only going by the book. Outside his missions, he's very isolated. He knows to keep all his personal feelings and needs to himself, which explains his lacking in being open to others.

However, there's still a softer side to Sasuke. He still has the sense to look out for his teammates, but I doubt it's because he really cares for them individually. Actually, it's probably more of a sense of duty to look out for them. I think we still have yet to see a much better side to him.
