Default

Sasuke's outfits are fairly simple, especially in contrast to Naruto's. He wears a blue t-shirt with the Uchiha emblem embroidered on the back. His shirt has a sort of cuffed collar; it's similar to a turtleneck, only really wide. This sort of collar is used in a few times in Kishimoto’s character designs (the most notable I can remember is in one of his “reject” manga)

His shorts are a sort of white or light gray depending on either the lighting or artwork (It's more of a white in the anime, but has grayish tint in colored manga). It has pockets in the back and front, like traditional shorts. The length reaches down to just right above the knees. He carries a small pouch for his weapons that's attached to the back of his shorts.

In the anime and some artwork, Sasuke has a bandage wrapped over his shorts on his right thigh. Over it, is a blue band attached to another pouch for weapons. He has bandages over his calves and shins, with blue bands on the edges. On his feet are blue Zori, which sorta resemble Roman boots. He covers his arms with these white sleeve pull type thingies with strips of blue trim. It has little buckles on the side closest to his hands.

On his forehead, he wears a headband adorned with the Konoha symbol.

Chuunin Exam

Sasuke wears a black body suit during the third part of the Chuunin Exam. It still has that same type of collar, along with the Uchiha fan symbol on the back. He wears these funky beige elbow pads with circles on them (for decorative reasons, I suppose). On his legs, he still has those bandages, but instead, there's a black band that wraps over it. And this time, he wears black Zoris. His hair has also grown longer (which I'm not entirely in favor of).

Hospital

Sasuke ends up in the Konoha hospital quite a few times, and also wears a different outfit. This one is more simple than the what he usually wears; it consists of a t-shirt with a square-cut neck, and a pair of grey pants. The t-shirt has almost the same color as the shirt he normaly wears, but it's slitghtly darker. He doesn't wear his head protector, seeing as it would be pointless to wear one in bed anyway.
