Uchiha Sasuke is the sole survivor of the noble Uchiha clan. He graduated from the ninja academy in Konoha with top marks. His one goal in life is to get revenge on a certain someone who has wronged him in the past. With such concentration on this goal, he is distant form others and is very reserved; unless throwing an insult, he speaks only when necessary. He also seems rather indifferent to others' emotions. His sharingan is a special condition that is passed down to pedigrees of the Uchiha Clan. It grants him the ability to "see" certain jutsus (techniques).
"Sasuke is a particular challenge for me to draw even now, because he is a young and rather pretty boy, but if I'm not careful he loses his youthful quality and I end up drawing him like a much older boy or grown man. I've never had a character like him in one of my comics before -- that kind of boy on the cusp of manhood, who's somehow mature and handsome beyond his years.
