"Ketsuekigata is the analysis of one's personality based on blood type." At least, that's what I put when I made my Squall Leonhart shrine xO In Japan, it's somewhat popular there. Sasuke has an AB blood type. There are a lot of stuff about people who have AB blood types that aren't relevant to Sasuke, so I'll just leave those out.

The character of a type AB blood person can read the situation and the character of others very well, and can easily adapt himself to them and get what is desired. This person always treats everybody with a certain distance, so this individual may be thought by others as unfriendly.

That's probably the closest I can think about. Sasuke has the gift of reading situations, as well as other people. Like I said, he's a very alert person, especially to his surroundings. If there's something lurking behind a bush or tree, he'll easily suspect someone/something is there. When Sakura became depressed about the chuunin exam (as I recall in the manga), he knew something was up with her. This shows how easily he can read another person, even if he's not terribly close to them.

And of course, we all know about his distance with others. He's a very isolated kid, after all. Undoubtedly, he's also mean to others, especially to people like Ino and Sakura.
